Cymtrix Training Systems was established in 2008 following the acquisition of the training business of Intellectual Dynamics (which was established in 2001) and a re-branding of assets and operations.

Cymtrix Training Systems training courses are designed to assist individuals and organisations in developing leadership and management skills and behaviours. All Cymtrix Training Systems training courses have been developed by senior and experienced business professionals who have a history of strong advocacy for the encouragement, guidance and the mentoring of others.

Cymtrix Training Systems (Intellectual Dynamics in the past) continues to conduct research and development training course content so as to provide best practise business skills development resources  and methodologies.
