Cymtrix Training Systems conducts its own research and development activities on a continual basis. The vast majority of this research is conducted using the invited (from business and government) survey methodology. The surveys are predominantly conducted in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States of America, Ireland and Great Britain. Some specialist research is sometimes conducted in non-English speaking countries in Europe, Russia, India, China, Japan and other parts of South East Asia.

On occasions Cymtrix Training Systems either purchases or is granted free access to (often on a reciprocal basis) to research which has been conducted by other reputable organisations. These organisations include government agencies, universities together with privately operated organisations.

Quiet often, research reports which we access from a number of sources (including our own) are used to either confirm or discredit some published opinion or viewpoint.

Broadly confirmed research can and will form the basis of news articles or even be included into content which forms a part our training course lesson material.
