At Cymtrix Training Systems Ltd., we believe in the philosophy of keeping things as simple as possible. We only have one End User License Agreement (EULA) that we believe encompasses the needs and expectations of both the individual and the corporate customer.

In Built Flexibility

Most Cymtrix Training Systems Ltd., customers need and want maximum flexibility delivered from their legal agreements and licenses. They also want them to cater to what actually goes on in the real world, without been too restrictive. Corporate customers also want licenses to reflect reasonable flexibility so that business can continue even when operational pressures demand that rapid changes are needed to be implemented. They also want agreements that support business customers without immediately putting them into a legal breach of that agreement or license.  Our license agreement meets and surpasses those business drivers but still protects our own intellectual property.

Key Elements of our License Agreement

·         One License covers all use on one workstation or server

·         More than one workstation just requires more base licenses or a network server version of the product

·         Each workstation or network server license can have an unlimited number of users

·         Learner or student manuals or notes can be printed from master copies of the supplied manual or notes in electronic form
