Although the fundamental design structure associated with each of our training course lesson modules remains largely unchanged, updates and modifications are required from time to time. These updates and modifications are usually as a direct result of, but are not limited to, the following factors:-

·         New research results provide additional evidence that require changes to be made to existing content

·         A subject matter expert panel review suggests a broadening of scope to a subject or element described in a lesson module

·         A request stems from a user or group of customers that requires additional scope or a new  element be included or addressed in a lesson module

·         A qualitative review panel suggests that changes be made to lesson modules or specific lesson elements because they do not adequately address targeted and desired training outcomes

Every lesson module is formally reviewed on a quarterly basis. If changes, alterations, modifications, additions or other enhancements are necessary, then they are usually implemented as content updates for publication in the following quarter subsequent to the review process.
