1.0 Quoted Prices

1.1 All purchase prices (unless otherwise stated) shown are exclusive of Australian GST.

2.0  Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

2.1 For Australian customers, the appropriate rate of GST will be added when transactions are completed and an invoice is issued. All goods and services ordered and delivered for export (i.e. outside of Australia) are exempt of Australian GST. Such orders will not be charged Australian GST.

3.0 Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 If you are not satisfied with your Cymtrix Training Systems purchase, you have 30 days from the original purchase date, to notify us in writing that you require a refund and to cancel the validity of your activation key. You will not receive a refund if you have used and or registered your Cymtrix product with the activation key. Cymtrix Training Systems has systems in place that track all activations for all products. We shall provide a full refund using your original payment transaction card provided that:

3.2 the product's unique serial number has not been registered or activated in any way

3.3 you provide clear evidence of your original proof of purchase

4.0 Product Content Dislike or Dissatisfaction

4.1 Cymtrix Training Systems does not provide refunds under any circumstances if you do not like or are dissatisfied with the product content, once it has been activated and registered.

5.0 Guarantees and Warranty Limitations for Training Course Products

5.1 No guarantee or warranty is made or implied with respect to learning outcomes for any product or service offered. Customers should also view the Cymtrix Training Systems Disclaimer Notice.

5.2 Cymtrix Training Systems reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.

5.3 Cymtrix Training Systems may make changes to any products or services offered and or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice.

5.4 Cymtrix Training Systems reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: 

(a) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Cymtrix Training Systems website, or to any portion of the Cymtrix Training Systems website e-commerce system, for any reason;

(b) to modify or change the Cymtrix Training Systems website, or any portion of the Cymtrix Training Systems e-commerce system, and any applicable policies or terms; and

(c) to interrupt the operation of the Cymtrix Training Systems website, or any portion of the Cymtrix Training Systems e-commerce system, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
